GP11F cone crusher feeding

The maximum production capacity of the crusher and the most economical wear and tear of the liner depend on the appropriate feed amount and the uniform distribution of the given materials in the crushing cavity. The feeding direction should be parallel to the upper frame beam. This arrangement can make the feeding material evenly distributed in the crushing cavity. The upper frame can be rotated at a specific step according to the needs. All fine materials smaller than the discharge opening of the crusher should be separated before entering the crusher. These fine materials will accumulate in the crushing cavity and cause overload. All materials that cannot be broken, such as metal blocks, must be separated by a magnetic separator. The feed must have a guide device to ensure that the load at the bottom of the entire crushing chamber is the same. In this way, the load is even, the bearing is lubricated well, and the liner wears evenly. When the material enters the crusher, the speed should not be greater than 5m/s, and the corresponding drop height is 1.3m. In order to ensure uniform wear of the liner, the crusher should be kept evenly packed with materials. The feed silo should have a level gauge to avoid overfilling the feed hopper. Feeding is not allowed when the crusher is stopped.
