3, the degree of tooth wear is inspected once a day, when the serious wear and tear, should be complete replacement, to ensure that the broken tooth roller shaft running balance
4, regularly check the reducer’s oil temperature, oil level and oil pollution, the reducer oil temperature should be less than 90 degrees, and found that the oil temperature is too high, the oil level is too low and oily serious pollution, should be timely inspection, oiling or oil
5, in a timely manner to the hydraulic coupler after injection spray and replacement of the fusible plug.
6, regular inspection of insulation and wiring head connection, cable damage must be replaced; wiring head loose, must be re tightened
7, avoid foreign objects into the crusher
8, all operations and inspections shall comply with the requirements of the safety regulations issued by the safety management of coal
Two, check every shift
1, check whether the operation of the broken shaft group is normal and the degree of wear of the broken teeth
2, check whether the motor belt drive is running properly
3, check the gear reducer for oil leakage, whether there is any abnormal sound and vibration, the oil temperature in the box shall not exceed 90 degrees, and whether the oil level is insufficient
4, eliminate the reducer and the connection cover sundry, in order to heat dissipation
5, check all hydraulic hoses and hoses for damage and leakage
6, check all cables for reliability and wear or damage
7, check whether the crusher has obvious faults or problems
