Maintenance master experience sharing, all dry goods! Teach you how to repair the 10 major fault-prone parts of jaw crusher(1)

Because the broken stone is hard and large size stone, jaw crusher work strength is high, the working environment is bad.In the case of long-term use, stone will cause great wear and tear to the parts of the crusher, and even reduce the service life of the jaw crusher, and it is hard to avoid failure. How to take effective and quick repair methods to repair faults, reduce downtime, is very important for manufacturers.

1 Foundation Treatment

At the construction site, the foundations sank because of the earthquake. The downstream side of the jaw crusher frame sank 35mm more than the upstream side. During the operation of the jaw crusher, the body inclines to the downstream, and the swing jaw frame is eventually worn downstream. The upstream side of the side frame and main shaft is badly worn, and the internal and external bearings are damaged. Sinking frame needs to be handled in time to ensure the normal production of jaw crusher.

First loosen all anchor bolts on both sides of the frame, then use two 50-ton jacks to lift the downstream side of the frame by about 40mm on both sides. Then, cut the bottom of the side. According to the distance of each bolt, insert the cut 30mm steel plate into the lower part. Finally, high grade concrete mortar was used to finish the surface, and the bolts were tightened after 48 hours of hardening to resume production.

2 Replace The Feeder Baseplate

The feeding floor of jaw crusher is impacted and worn by stones for a long time, resulting in large cavities, which can no longer be repaired and welded. After manual cutting, it was found that the original 20mm thick wear-resistant manganese steel plate had been worn. The iron plate is full of holes. In this way, the bottom of the slag leakage is more serious, greatly increasing the labor of the slag cleaning workers, the bottom of the rock splashing increased the risk of insecurity.

First, measure the width and length of the bottom plate and cut 3-5 pieces of 20mm thick manganese steel (to prevent a piece of too heavy, mechanically or manually can not lifted to the designated position). At the same time, clean the residue on the bottom plate (to ensure that the welding is firm). Each plate is then fixed and welded by a professional welder. The weld thickness between the plates is smoothed by Angle. After the welding is completed, the weld is inspected to prevent large local wear of the steel plate due to welding defects. After welding repair is completed, reinstall and resume production operations.
