First at both ends of the channel and in the middle, solid welding high strength bolts, and in the center of the steel bolt hole cut three operation, at the same time through three wire fastening, trying to remove the channel steel, but the bracket for the channel steel has bitten to death, although by the way broke a few bolts, and pull the plate bending, also did not remove the channel steel.
Oxyacetylene cut crack from the middle of channel steel, respectively, take out two channel steel, finally take out channel steel, welded to the bracket after embedded in the new channel steel, and then install and use.
8. Jaw plate reversal and replacement
After a period of normal wear and tear, the rack of the jaw plate will become blunt or completely smooth, and the upper and lower jaw plates need to be turned upside down after repeated use.If it is smoothed again, it is necessary to replace the jaw plate.
Firstly, the bolts of wedge block, guard plate and slide plate are removed and hoisted out successively, and then the lifting lug is welded on the upper part of the jaw plate to lift it out.If the lugs are upside down, remove the lugs and install them on the bottom by welding on the opposite side (no replacement is required).
A second jaw plate is also mounted backwards.Assembly jaw crusher jaw plate installation, need to be firmly glued together with the jaw bed, use soft metal as a gasket, ensure that the gasket flat after the use of bolts.
During the working process of crusher, check whether the jaw plate is loose regularly.If loose, should be adjusted to prevent fracture or wear, reduce the service life of the jaw plate.
