1. KB02 belt skips or the lower barrel of the crusher is blocked
⑴ Stop the quantitative feeder of the crusher at the first time;
⑵ After the material in the crushing cavity is finished, stop the crusher manually;
(3) After the KB02 belt is started, pull the material in the lower storage hopper of the crusher.
2. Disposal procedures after the crusher is stopped with load
⑴ Stop the quantitative feeder of the crusher at the first time;
⑵Notify the electric operation to cut off the power of the crusher, and immediately start cleaning the crushing cavity;
⑶After the crushing cavity is emptied, remove the impeller cover of the motor and turn the impeller by hand;
